Shipping & Returns
Because each item is made-to-order and personalized just for you, our shipping and return process is a little different from off-the-shelf retail. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time
Every order is stitched one at a time. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be crafted before it ships.
During peak seasons (holidays, graduation, back-to-school), processing may take 7–10 business days. If you need something by a specific date, reach out before ordering and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
Shipping Options
We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping times below are in addition to processing time:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing
- Priority/Rush Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing
Free Shipping
Orders over $75 ship free via Standard Shipping within the continental United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout—no code needed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected speed. You'll see the exact cost before completing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account.
Returns & Exchanges
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, incorrect size selected, or typos in personalization details.
We encourage you to double-check your personalization and sizing before placing your order. If you have questions, reach out before ordering—we're happy to help.
When We Make It Right
If something goes wrong on our end, we'll fix it. This includes:
- Personalization that doesn't match what you submitted
- Stitching errors or production mistakes
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Items damaged during shipping
Reporting an Issue
If you receive an item with a problem, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when possible. We'll work with you to repair, replace, or remake the item at no cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If it's still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll help investigate.
For packages with significant shipping delays, we'll work with the carrier to locate your order and keep you updated.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. If you're ordering from outside the US, please contact us to discuss options—we may be able to accommodate special requests.
